General Ad and Membership Questions

Q: How many ads can I have?

A: Once you have registered you can post as many ads as you wish.

Q: How do I find my own classified ad(s)?

A: The simplest way to find your ads is simple, once logged in click 'My Account' and click the link 'Find my Adverts'.

Q: May I post additional ads and if so, how?

A: Yes, you can post an umlimited amount of ads. Once you are in the category you wish to post an ad, simply click the 'Post Your Pet Advert' button located at the top right of the category page.

Modifying your ad

Q: How do I modify my ad?

A: Find your advert and click the small 'Edit Your Ad' button.

Q: How often may I modify my ad's text and pictures?

A: If you're not happy with something within your ad, you can modify it as many times as you wish.

Q: How do I change or add a new breed to my ad?

A: You can change the breed by selecting a different breed from the drop down box in the Edt Ad page. If you wish to add a new breed, and our drop down does not contain the breed of animal, contact us and we will get the breed added.

Q: My email address has changed, How can I change it in my ad?

A: Firstly, edit your email address within your 'My Account' section by clicking 'Edit profile'. This will make sure all ads in the future use the correct email address. To edit an email address for an old advert, find the advert, click the 'Edit Ad' button and you can edit your email address under 'Contact Details'.

Q: How do I remove/delete my ad?

A: Find your advert and click the small 'Edit Ad' button, once the page loads you will see a check box that says 'Delete Advert' check that and click 'Submit Changes'.

Submitting Pictures

Q: How many pictures can I post to my ad?

A: As we are a new website, for now we have it setup so you can add 1 picture to an advert. We will be working at a later date to add more pictures for ads.

Q: How can I add captions to my pictures?

A: The best way to describe the photo is to use the 'Description' box when you post a new advert.

Q: What is the best size for my pictures?

A: The maximum image size can be 1024x768 pixels.

Q: What is the maximum file size for my pictures?

A: The maximum file size is 1024000 bytes (1 mega-byte).
